Order and order confirmation

You can place an order conveniently on our website finncoin.com by adding the products to the shopping cart or by e-mail info@finncoin.com

When ordering by e-mail, please provide your personal and contact information, ie name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. When ordering through the shopping cart, this information will be asked automatically.

Once you place your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive an order confirmation, your order has not arrived.

Payment with bank buttons

The Paytrail payment service will forward your payment to the merchant. You have payment buttons for all banks. 

When you select a payment with the bank buttons, you can pay for the order through your own online bank.

After selecting a payment method from the options offered by the merchant, the payment transaction will be transferred to the payment method system. After accepting the payment and returning to the online store, the payment will be immediately logged to the merchant. The payment is made to an account managed by Paytrail Finland Oyj.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euros (€) without delivery costs.
Products will be paid for by Paypal, Paytrail or by email.

Taxes  (VAT)

All products are subject to marginal tax; “Marginal tax procedure, excluding deductible tax”
However, the VAT rate for shipping costs and other surcharges is determined by the amount of the tax categories in the order. The tax rates are multiplied by product, as well as the total tax amount as well.

Shipping and delivery costs

We will deliver the products you have ordered as quickly as possible, usually within a few business days of ordering. Orders are delivered by mail. Delivery methods are registered letter, parcel and other additional postal services. Pickup is also possible.

We strive to estimate postage in the shopping cart, but when ordering, the customer undertakes to pay the postage for their order in accordance with the valid service price list.

All Orders are sent with a tracking number.

finncoin.com is not responsible for lost or broken items in the mail.

Delivery method and prices outside Finland are agreed on an order-by-order basis.

Availability

We announce the availability of products in stock on finncoin.com.

Return

All products have a 14-day right of return. The 14-day return policy is calculated from the date of arrival of the order. Returned products must be unused, unchanged and in their original packaging.

Legal basis and purpose of the processing of personal data

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is an agreement, consent or legitimate interest. The processing of personal data has taken into account the requirements set by the EU Data Protection Regulation applicable from 25 May 2018. The purpose of the processing of personal data is to maintain the customer relations between finncoin.com and its customers. The register is not used for electronic direct marketing without the customer’s permission or for automated decision-making or profiling.

The registry information is stored on a third-party server that is accessed over a secure network connection. The service operates in an environment that is protected by a firewall and other technical means. In addition to the employees of Unique Investments tmi, the personnel of the service provider and the supplier of the online store have access to the information contained in the register stored in the system. 

Right of inspection and right to request rectification of information
